In these times of hate, it would be good to love, to compensate for our lack of awareness of others. In the lack of love lies the violence that plagues our homeland. Selfishness isolates. Love unites. That is why our society is sick: inequalities of various kinds stimulate apathy and envy, which sometimes leads to crime. But, there is still time to love. Love fosters the spirit of solidarity. And the union is strength.
