STEEM upvote value calculation is really complicated

Here in this post I have noticed something really weird about the steem upvote value calculation system. It is really difficult to understand that how this calculation logic works behind the scene.

Sorry I am not much experienced on steem but this upvote calculation system really upset me sometime.

Here in below example where @haejin post got around 150 upvotes for $1.66 values and @cryptopassion got only half of the @haejin upvotes i.e 60 but the value of his upvotes is $70.93 which is approx 47 times higher then @haejin upvotes value. I am literally scratching my head and my brain nerves are still squeezing.

WHAT THE HACK IS THIS?

I followed both of them because they have different styles of analysis. But the steem upvotes value calculation system is out of knowledge and understanding.

If anyone of you could explain me then I would be very grateful to you.
