Anger to the point of not being able to control emotions that can lead to regret. Understandably, when emotions are out of control, we can say words that hurt others or even do things that hurt ourselves and others. Anger is one form of emotion that humans have in addition to sadness, disappointment, happiness, emotion, and gratitude.
