This cross entered a basing pattern way back in 2013 but now looks to be attempting to breakout to the upside. The break is not clean yet and further confirmation is required. For that I'm looking to the daily chart:
RSI confirmed the move up to the September high, giving more confidence on any further breakout from here. A break would come with a close above the rounding bottom that is apparently forming.
I'm looking for a strong close above ~1.634 as an entry signal. Let's see if it can confirm.
