Well Hello There Gamers And Hivers!

I know I know I said I'll be releasing one every week for the next four weeks, things just didn't pan out the way I wanted it to. For that I am glad though since I get to savour the enjoyment for the game so much more!

By the way for any out there wondering if this is good, it isn't good it's great! Oh and it's still some major stupid fun!

After reading the intro "Early Access" letter that popped up before the game opened up I decided that I will be buying the game and own it on Steam. I really like the idea of the game because it's more than simple and gives you huge amounts of pleasure playing it! Also by the looks of it it seems to be only two people working on this game, which is kind of fascinating.

Let's Conquer Some Kingdoms!

So straight off the bat I noticed that I had to achieve six goals in the next stage where as compared to the first stage I only had one achievement to reach.

I also didn't make it very far in terms of surviving the nights. I think my previously play at the second stage I must have made it to night five or six and then I got overwhelmed and before I knew it my castle had fallen!

Now since I already know that I'll be getting overwhelmed straight off the bat before reaching the halfway mark of the nights! I made some preparations this time, I would be focusing on my barracks and walls first, mostly everything defence related.

Now that is just it, if I focus too much on just the defence side of the game I won't be able to make enough coin to stretch me through all the nights and I have a feeling I would need more troops closer to the end of the stage.

There for cutting out the house and mills completely isn't recommended at all!

A Picture That's Worth A Thousand Words!

Okay so it is needless to say but let's say it anyways! I made it through the last night I failed at! In fact I've made it so much farther and it got so much more intense! I actually didn't think I was going to make the last night, for a moment there I thought all was lost!

But it wasn't, my troops finally managed to pull through and withstand the waves of attacks thrown at the castle walls!

I'm telling you it was a very close call!

Just look at all the broken buildings surrounding my castle! The castle might also have fallen if I didn't upgrade it on the 11th night! Upgrading it increased the castle health from 300-700 hit points which really gave it a major buff!

One thing I would have loved would have been the ability to move around and place buildings where I want them, it might have changed the whole strategic view of the game, it would lead to so many outcomes, instead of just a few possible outcomes that you can have.

That doesn't make it less fun though! But it could have been more fun!

Where Once Barren Land Was Is Now A Kingdom!

At-least they made it so that the progress you make is actually visible to the player self!

Now all I want to do is fill the map up with castles and hillside villages! But that's not how this works! We have to savour the enjoyment one slow bite at a time right! As much as I would like to play it all the way through we will leave that for another day!

For now enjoy the video!
