Hunter's comment
Kap is an open source, easy to use screen recorder that allows us to either record part of the screen or full screen. Very useful for producing on-screen tutorials to share with people.
Key features
- Record screen at 15, 30 or 60 FPS
- Export recorded footage to GIF
- Hide desktop icons while recording (for privacy)
- Do not disturb mode (disable notifications while recording)
App is only available for macOS
