I’m starting to change behaviours, I made a pact with myself that I would get up early and get started, I would wake at 7am and get writing, get recording, get engaged with my projects earlier especially when the warm weather is with us because it’s too hot to record in here after that anyway.

today I want to give you permission

Maybe you were waiting for it, maybe you needed someone just to tell you ‘do you’ or ‘just do it’ and you were wondering where to start — well let me tell you it all comes down to that energy shift from linear to straight positivity busting universe authentic energy. We are all little power stations of ability and effort — each damn one of us, we are an amazing machine if we treat it right and give it permission to adapt it’s flow.

I could not wait to vlog today, why? Because I miss doing it and I wanted to be efficient, I gave myself permission to ignore all the overblown self analyse and thought fuck it, I’m here on planet earth, it’s a one time deal, this is me, this is what I’m capable of, I should be who I am in all my authentic ways, just let things flow and so they did! :)

permission to adapt today

It’s Thursday, I can feel the energy shifting from worker bee to a slightly different energy inbound for tomorrow, tomorrow is daddy and daughter day leading into weekend, it’s the first weekend when it’s just been me and her for a while because @dayleeo is back and I’m sure we will talk about it, I know change can be sudden especially when you expect things in a certain way — if I can afford it I’ll take her for pizza tomorrow because the weather will be awesome and I really want her to try out the pizza ;)

I spent years in cities just going with the flow of the city — the usual spaces, where I could get breakfast and coffee, the same faces, the usual time periods of trying to ramp up, the way I was mentally exploited for what I knew, free advice given and nothing given back — I was giving people permission to use me like a water bottle that did not need refilling and what it ended up doing was exhausting me.

… but now. .. now I’m in control of my future and destiny, on my terms, I gave myself permission to be the better version of me, to spread better positivity and remove myself from the dark areas of self doubt and replaced it with worth, that I have time and patience and love to give to the world when I give myself permission to just be.

I PASS THAT BATON TO YOU TODAY.
