this reminds me of a connection app that i used to use on my pc setup back in the day where i could remote connect and control a machine no matter what network it was behind, it was like magic the way it worked and this app is just one of those apps.
free for use for the first six machines so this is definitely something you should get running on your own computers and that of your partner or family members -- just get them into the spirit of understanding bit by bit the need for security and updates and just to give them a bit of confidence that kolide has their backs.
