Just wanted to put together a video seeing as Sunday is coming to close, I’d wanted to vlog all day but the weather was just too damn hot and so I could not see myself putting the lights on and everything indoors, I waited until later on to get it done — gonna be like that for the next few weeks, time for earlier starts again.
Anyway, just an update about and the month one marketing spend that we can expect to see when reviewhunt launch. .. (like wow)
steemhunt.live
reviewhunt.live
ideahunt.live
i’ve been looking into the best way to do this and I’m thinking of some kind of custom condenser that wraps around a dapp rather than a community, that is we use the frontend to be promotion, manual curated, a show case if you will with decent video programming with shows around 30 minutes to an hour, guests and talking heads and obviously in the case of reviewhunt quests that are happening that day we can talk about, maybe even get the maker on a live video chat to see why they want to use reviewhunt etc.
steemhunt.live could be similar to my top 10 of the day but instead maybe we just get a batch of people together who come live on air to talk about their favourite hunt of the day and why, that would be hella neat.
The real meat of course with all of these .live shows will be idea hunt — imagine if you will ‘launching’ your ideahunt live and taking question in an A.M.A style setup — of course you can expect to be getting grilled on the show by people in discord about your product/crowdfunding launch but also at the same time that might make it better — I’m thinking this is a major thing I’d like to see on other funding sites is daily videos detailing the last projects that are up for funding.
I’d have a lot of fun with that.
I also noticed today over on review.hunt.town that we are over $700,000 of agreed marketing spend for quests in month one when we kick off — that’s kinda crazy but also awesome, I think that really sets the tone for people looking in and I’m hoping we attract big talent from youtube straight away — I know we might have to hand hold non-crypto people and teach them a little and that’s why I’ve already written out the copy for the reviewhunt course on skill share — it’s unofficial but I think it will be a good starting point for newbies.
That’s it really, gonna enjoy my red wine now! :)
p.s — out of the three .live shows what would you like to see as segments in them? Maybe call in’s and stuff? I’ve got a way to attach a phone number dial-in to a room now as well for all those people not wanting to come on video, happy to do audio calls too!
Peace!
