Das war heute ein aktiverer Arbeitstag. Vor der Arbeit zum Laufen, heute Nachmittag noch Vorlesung an der Hochschule gehalten. Immerhin.
Today I had a more active working day. Started with a morning run. Then went to office. And in the afternoon I gave a lesson at the University. At least some more steps today.
