Trees on the Highline

This post will cover two of the daily challenges, and are shots taken on The Highline walk in the meatpackers district of NYC

The Highline is a almost one and a half mile elevated Park on the west Side of Manhattan, It has been made on the old closed down rail lines that used to go to and from the Meat Packing district back in the day.

This is one of the views looking down from the Highline of one of the streets of Manhattan, with some trees on the left and the cool walkway going across the road.

I may complain about NYC being a concrete jungle, but I have to admit they do have many parks spread all over the city and plenty of trees throughout the parks or on the streets as we see in this shot.

And thi ssecodn shot is looking along the highline, not only does it have nice views like in the first shot, cool art pieces, but also lots of greenery and trees

I am often the only one on the Highline initially and later on the walk I see runners and walkers, but this day I wasnt the first the family on the right in this shot were there befoe me.
