Spring Flowers

Well Spring is in force here and flowers are blooming, this post I will share some shots I took while Lulu and I walked in the gardens of the Rotch Jones Duff house, the roses were not in bloom yet but the Azaleas were, they were colorful and plentiful, but me being me and liking to be different instead I will start with a Mono shot of the drtail of the Stamens on one of the flowers.
Speaking of spring I love it seeing all the colors and new growth, but my Allergies play up at this time, its funny before I moved to the States I never had issues with Allergies, or perhaps its nothing to do with moving here, perhaps allergies develop or get worse as you get older, either ay this year they have really been playing up, I love getting out for walks in the parks and gardens but i feel so blocked up and sneezy often after these walks, but will that stop me getting out for walks, no way :)

The stamen (plural stamina or stamens) is the pollen-producing reproductive organ of a flower.

I took all these shots with my 90mm Macro Lens, it had been a while since I took it out and almost didnt take it when we were heading to the Museum, but then I thought it also has gardens and may be handy to have which it was to get these shots
