Market Friday
A post for Market Friday hosted by @dswigle, if you haven't followed her yet you should she is one of the kindest and most supportive people here on Hive, a comment from her is like a ray of sunshine on your page.
This is the one tag and daily challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.
For this weeks post, I have done a couple of posts of the fishing fleet in port here in New Bedford and could easily do another one, but I like to try and keep some variety, and it came to me the other day the next step other the fishing fleet come sin and unload the catch is getting to to markets, Grocery Stores and restaurants and I could go with the next step in the chain the trucks transporting goods and that's what I have gone with this post.
But I will admit at the start I like to have at least 5 photos in a post and I only had four shots that fit this post so the fifth shot is off track but still a kind of market related photo
I start down by the port again, the other mornings I walked to a part of the port I had not visited before and saw these trucks parked by a row of loading bays, I guess it may either be a bulk fish market where the fisherman sell their catch, or a distribution center of some type, which I guess should be the nest step, but i skip over that to the trucks

And some more trucks, these ones seem to be all part of a company called Liberty Lobster I checked them out and there a company based here in New Bedford who say it is your home for fresh seafood delivered directly from the boat. With their website, you can order fresh seafood online and have it shipped to your door. Buy lobster, scallops and other seafood items the same day it is harvested from the Atlantic. However when I went on the website this morning I saw their online service is temporarily offline and you have to order by calling in

These next trucks are with a different company Ocean C Star

Now this next shot is what lead me to think of doing a post about trucks delivering supplies to markets, a Coca Cola truck delivering to Walgreens, I used to be terrible for drinking far to much Coca Cola, I now pace myself especially at the moment when I am trying to loose weight, but it is still my favorite soda and I have quite a collection of Coca Cola collectibles and even a coca cola related tattoo

And I sent the last photo was off subject and here it is A ticket stand on a pier on East Rodney French Blvd, I think it was for a water park that was on the water off East Beach during summer
