An update on my finger before I get into Market Friday
Sorry again I have had to take a break from commenting and replying as much as I used to to give my twisted pinky finger a break, Oops thats a bad choice of words I should say give it a rest LOL
But staying off my PC pretty much for three days now and not using my phone much has helped the pain and throbbing has eased a lot, not long after I post this I will be taking the brace off for a shower so will be interesting to see how it feels then, but I wont have the brace off for long and will buddy tape my finger while washing.
I see the Hand Dr this afternoon so will be interesting to see what he says, but resting it up has helped a lot so lets hope the healing is well on the way
Market Friday its all fun and games

This is the one tag and challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.
For this weeks post, I am sharing a few shots from in the local mall.
The Mall opens two hours early for walkers, ie they open the doors so people who want to keep active can get steps in the mall where is warmer than outdoors, for a couple of hours before the shops open,
All these shots were taken with my iPhone, I should probably take my camera with me one day but I haven't got around to it yet, in NYC I tried a couple of times taking a camera into a Mall, and got approached by security to not take photos pretty quickly, kind of crazy logic to me as they have no issues with people taking photos with their phones.
But that was NYC probably here it would not be an issue, and speaking on NYC that reminds me back when I worked in the city this time of year my Market Friday posts would have bene full of photos of the festive Windows display around NYC, its felt kind of strange not doing that last and this year.
OK as I often do my intro to this post has totally wondered off to a totally different subject than what this post is about.
Yes it is in a mall, but not festive decorations this post is about fun and games in the mall
Lets start with this Jurassic park video game machine when I have visited the mall when it was open for shoppers I have seen people playing this but never tried it myself, I am happy playing occasional games on my Xbox I don't need to in the mall, if I go there shopping I want to get in, get what I need and get out quickly.

and here we have a batman game, I must say the arcade sort of game machines like these have sure changed from when I was younger, I remember seeing what was maybe the first arcade game machine when I was young basically a square box with a video screen a control stick and a couple of buttons

and now they have virtual reality games in malls, this one Virtual rabbits you can see the 3D virtual headset hanging down

Now these next couple of game machines when you can win prizes I see as a rip off as you so often see people playing them and seldom see anyone winning a prize, but that said my step son always wants to give then ago even in is late 30's LOL

That said for the grandkids I did try a machine similar to this one donated a few dollars and took nothing away
