Interesting buildings across the East River

Working in Manhattan for close to 20 years, I noticed a lot of changes in the skyline looking across the east river to Long Island City, Queens, and Brooklyn over the years

This is a view I have seen change so much over the almost 20 years I worked in Manhattan, many of the buildings shown in this shot are new since I have been seeing this view. in the middle of this shot is the Iconic Pepsi sign.

and next up a building I noticed on a walk one day in my last month in the city, I have no idea what it is called but an interesting design,

now this next building its easy to know what it is called with the big sign on it, it is 1 South First building which is an apartment building and they describe themselves on their website as follows
