Bahbahra finding a seat

Its been a while since I shared any Photos of Bahbahra, so I thought this week to get some shots of her while trying out the Lensbaby trio 28 Lens I had in a draw and hadn't used for quite a while since the weather this last day was mostly dreary and bleak

The trio is a fun lens to play with when it's nice and sunny, but with the fixed aperture of 3.5 it's tricky to get good shots in darker weather, so these shots aren't great shots but I wanted to try something different and have some fun. so here goes.
Bahbahra like me can not sit still for long and even with the grey day sh needed to get up and out of the office today and spend some time out in the gardens, she was in no rush to head back into the building so thought she would look for somewhere to sit and relax, first she tried sitting on the railing by the East River, and enjoy the view, however she is so vain she wanted the focus on this photo on her and not the East River and the 59th Street bridge behind her.

For those that don't know and are probably thinking who the heck is Bahbahra, she is a little Fridge magnet I picked up in New Zealand about 15 years ago and occasionally take shots of and sometimes make little stories with, she is about 1inch tall but in her stories, she can be full of attitude.

This post is not so much a Bahbahra story but hopefully some fun photos

when the wind picked up she did not feel to safe sitting on the railing but noticed some seats down the path a bit and decided to try out one of those.

She was a bit dissapointed that that chair was not one size fits all, and it for sure was just a little bit big for her, so she moved on, and found this other plain bench, which she found quite comfortable

But then got worried the wet bench and the moss growing on the side may get into her fleece, so she looked for somewhere else to sit.
Now even though I explained her nest spot wasn't a chair, she did find it quite comfortable and was about to settle here for a while

But then she looked down, and noticed the Do Not Sign below her and although she can be a bit of a renegade at times, she decided, in this case, she should move on and found another comfortable spot to sit,

Now I thought She was so comfortable sitting there I would have trouble getting back inside and back to work, but then I pointed out what the sign said, now Bahbahra as you may know is quite small, especially in comparison to geese, which can also be very aggressive, and then she decided that for her safety perhaps heading back indoors was a good move.

Sorry the shots aren't that great, but I will be trying more Bahbahra shots and stories on nicer days so hopefully this is a teaser for more Bahbahra stories coming soon
