And yet more shots from the Fire Muster

I have shared a few posts with shots of the Annual Engine 260 Fire Muster before namely

The Annual Engine 260 Fire Muster is an event held each year here in Milford CT at Eisenhower Park, in fact, it is the longest runner yearly event in the city and is very popular with kids of all ages including myself, I only did a quick visit this year but got plenty of shots to share so here are some more

On a side note and why I choose these older Fire Trucks for this mornings post today marks 30 years with this organization 30 years ago today was my first day working starting in Lebanon

Not all the fire trucks are red, case in point is this one in White, Engine 15 with the number not only on the door but on the end of the hose pipes on the side of the truck

And all ages of fire trucks from moden to older, and somewhere inthe middle such as this Mack Fire Truck

And when I say old, I have to share another shot of this really vintage one, which would have been pulled by Horses I think, not as fast as todays, but seeing Firetrucks being held up by traffic in Manhattan, maybe in some cases as fast as modern ones

Now most of the shots of the Fire trucks i took were from the front or side, but I did get a shot of this fairly modern one from tthe back, they sure come loaded with plenty of houses of different styles and sizes I imagine each one has a specfici purpose

If your getting tired of the shots from this muster don't worry this could well be my last one unless in Winter I get short of photo-taking opportunities and run out of shots in my archives when I may have to do one last post with the few remaining shots of the Fire trucks, but at this stage I think this will be the last post in this series
