Another quiet day

The first shot has absolutely nothing to do with the shots I took with my phone today , but I wanted a nice by the beach shot to start the post since I didn't get out for a walk again today, I do love my walking as you may know and this cold weather at the moment is driving me nuts, I promised my wife last year after another bout of Pneumonia, that I would be so unlike me and not go out for photo walks if the temps was below 45 Degrees Fahrenheit, and for the most part I stick to it, as the high today is top be 40 with the wind the real feel has been below freezing all day, so I was stuck inside for most of the day.
I did go the supermarket today to pick up a few things and while there walked round and round to get in 3K steps and did a bit more around the house, I have to admit Its not fun but I try to get at least 5K steps in at a minimum each day even if I don't get out for a walk.

OK enough whinging about the cold its kind of pointless as this is only the start, its still officially fall, I really think the predictions of a rough long winter are going to be true, I better suck it up and adjust to the cold LOL

This first shot was taken back in Spring on a morning visit to the beach and more exciting than the shots I took with my phone today LOL

Before I went into the supermarket I snapped this shot with my iPhone and had a little fun playing with it on an app on my phone

I didn't need to use one of the shopping cart instead I used one of these baskets and I wasn't getting much

I didn't buy a pineapple, but took this shot of them and played with it a little as you can tell :)

I did put together a salad from the salad bar for myself

But I did resist temptation in the form of these Black and White biscuits, they tempt me every time I go to the supermarket as I do love them, but since I knew I would only barely get 5K steps in today I was strong and walked on by, well after snapping this shot
