Watching the sunrise

I did not think I would be doing an actifit post this evening, as I didn't get out for a morning walk today, but between visits to the Doctors and a little shopping I just noticed ai just snuck over the 5K minimum for an actifit post so decided to quickly put one together, but not shots taken on my walking today, instead I am sharing some shots of a visit to Wildemeer Beach recently.

What I like about Wildemeer Beach is the worn-down structures standing at the edge of the beach, and the title for this post is not about me watching a sunrise but these two birds which I think are herons, looking out over the water as the sun was rising

They were quite happy standing there and weren't bothered in the least by me being fairly close so I got another shot of them from another angle, the colors were changing so quickly that morning these two shots are only a couple of minutes apart

And a few minutes later they were still there and this shot shows a bit more of the structure

And that’s all folks
