Well known buildings in Midtown

For this evenings acifit post I share some photos taken with my iPhone on a walk before work this morning, I did take it easy this morning and only did a short loop before going to the office so only about 6500 steps, and I had no intention to get the Automatic Win today, but an unexpected meeting ally on and then having to go back to the old building I used to work in ( and
I learned today. Will be moving back to shortly, not only to the same building but most likely the same cubicle)got me over 10K by 10Am

My short loop this morning took me past two well know buildings int he city, starting with the Chrysler Building my favorite building in the city

My walk also took me past the Empire State Building as you can see in the next shot, I am glad to report there was no Sign of Kig Kong climbing the building this morning

The Empire State Building an Art Deco building, opened in 1931 as the tallest building in the world, and is currently the 4th tallest building in the city

And further on the walk I saw the Empire State Building down a side street, a side note the ESB Building was the first building inthe world to reach over 100 floors

And as I approached 42nd Street another angle of the Chrysler building

The Chrysler building is also an Art Deco Style building that it was for 11 Months the tallest building in the world before being surpassed but eh Empire State Building, it is now the eight tallest building in NYC.

1. One World Trade Centre 1,776 Feet ( tallest building in the Western Hemisphere)
2. 432 Park Ave 1396 Feet ( which is the tallest residential building in the world)
3. 30 Hudson Yards 1268 Feet

5. Bank of América Tower 1200 feet
6. 3 World trade Centre 1079 feet
7. 53W53 1050 feet
8. Chrysler Building 1046 Feet
