Markets are notorious for getting things wrong. I am in agreement with what you wrote here and feel the market is once again, missing the boat.

Much of the top 50 will not be there in another two years. In fact, I would say a number of those projects will be just about dead by that time.

As long as we are still seeing activity here, with developers, users, and readers, we will keep moving forward. Amazon and Priceline were not overnight success stories.
