Is the DOW going to roar towards 40,000?
If it does, the push will come from the bond market. Over the last few weeks I have mentioned how we could be at the start of loss of confidence in government. This could already be showing up in the bond market.
In this video I discuss what the present situation looks like. The Fed had a couple rough auctions over the past few weeks. We will have to monitor this to see if a trend is starting. If the bond market is weakened due to a loss of confidence, we are going to see a mad rush of money into equities.
