It sounds to me, @spinvest, like an investment club. Here in the states, as I am sure over your way, there are groups that get attention from time to time for having outstanding returns. For example, there was one group of women living in a retirement community who started an investment club. They all put money into the pot and decided on what stocks to buy collectively. The decisions were made by vote and then the assets purchased.
I would say this could fall under something similar. As long as you are not making the decision on behalf of the community, you could probably make this claim. If the options are voted upon by the token holders, I would say you are just running the account and doing the buying, just like millions of online accounts do each day.
Thus, it depends upon what your input is, how much control you retain over what is bought, and whether your expertise is based upon bringing an idea to the table or something you are able to unilaterally decide upon.
