I have looked very briefly into what regulations i would need to adhere to and being from the UK. Right now, i can play by EU law but that will soon change when Brexit goes through. I think going forward if SPI tokens sell enough i would need to got authorised by the FCA under the UK's rules to become a hedge fund manager. It's hard to know what to do when most of the future investment options will be selected by investors and im basically just holding and reporting everything. I am learning a little about this subject as i go along and i have a few friends that are currently going through the process with other steem related projects.
