IT has happened enough times in just a few days that it's time to take a look.
Are the derailments being done on purpose? Will they continue to happen?

It looks like it is intentional, and it also looks like it is not the US government that is doing it. The goal seems to be to pollute water supplies, and also possible to protect a financial investment that some group(or groups) has made.
As I try to figure out who could possibly benefit from this, I come up with nothing.
I would love to hear any theories on this one. If it keeps happening, we will do more readings.
May all of the hazardous chemicals stay in their storage units, and out of our water.
