Are you seeing complaints from people?

The office we are in now is really nice too, as it is "out of the way" but part of a technology park full of IT companies. It isn't bad at all. The change however is probably more in response to the work from home culture, where a lot of people are choosing to stay at home still, because it is easier than getting to the office for them, since they are spread out so wide.

I don't get people leaving the company over location changes though - unless extreme, because getting a job somewhere else is likely going to mean a shift anyway.
