But, the problem is same, there is no genuine interaction at all. No matter, how good the post is, there is no meaningful dialogue attached. Or maybe, the post carries no meaning at all.
This is the problem - people expect their content to be discovered. It doesn't work that way. It requires interaction with others, and that takes time. Sure, the rewards might not be life-changing for most people, but if you want to be rewarded, it still takes work. Some of the people commenting on my articles will earn more from interaction than they will on their posts.
But, my question is: why do we need some capital attachment to be meaningful?
We don't. I find meaning with out it, don't you? The people who are writing for reward alone, tend not to do well either.
Because, I, on some occassions, have disagreed with them, respectfully. However, there is no response at all :)
This is a problem too. I struggle with it at times because the notifications aren't very good and I no longer have the habit to go through all of my replies. I think the notification system should be set up differently so that you can go straight to comments that haven't been replied to yet.
I try to play my small part here. We all have small parts perhaps - some bigger than others, but if everyone put in a little effort, it would be quite different across the board.
