Age is definitely a thing we can't do much about and if close to retirement, it isn't worth worrying - though prep the best way possible. For those who are much younger, I think the way to prep for age is to work into a position that is "protected" - though it is getting harder these days.

AI is taking the most jobs in the world - but they are often blaming foreigners... :D
