I feel I might be in the bottom 20%, not because of a lack of skill or work performance, but due to age. I only have a few years to retirement, but I think I am ready for it.

Further to your post, I think AI and robotics will take away a huge % of jobs, which will be problematic for people who does not own the AI and robots, or have the skills to do the coding and maintenance. Even maintenance could be done by robots and I suppose soon they will do their own coding as AI is self learning!!
