I think that one of the worst parts of our disconnection from communities over the last few decades is, we no longer feel responsible to help those we don't know. We are from small tribes and now living in very, very large ones - but to be successful, we need to find ways to collaborate with strangers and part of that is understanding that we also have to be able to help strangers from time to time too.
