I have said this since the near the beginning, which is why I haven't onboarded that much the last 2 years. You are right that it requires a certain personality type or two, but it isn't just to put up with the BS, patience is required also and for most people who come on can't really see the potential even, they also aren't patient enough to build in the early days of a startup. The fact is, most people on earth are not the type of people who are startup-minded, which is also why a lot of the devs and investors can "tolerate" being here, because they are more likely to understand the process from start to adoption. Sure, it might never happen, but that would be much like 90% of other startups.
