For big imagination I can thank to books that I’ve read, my mother, father and sister. While I was reading books, in my head I developed my own movie, and thanks to mother that was making food out of anything I learned a lot of things on how to find my own way of making it. There was also my father that was listening songs from Santana, that was playing until he goes to sleep, he taught me how to think clearer and be relaxed, and from my sister that loved discipline and tidiness that taught me how to add in my life esthetic and order. Thanks to them I can create everything whatever I think about it that involves dessert, to create my own recipes that I don’t need to write down because next time will be different.
For todays dessert that I made I want to dedicate to my mother and father that are not with us anymore and sister that is my best friend.
For them and you, here is the most tastiest flavors of the world, and that is strawberries, vanilla and chocolate.
- 300gr of strawberries
- 2 vanilla puddings
- 1/2 l of milk
- 100gr of chocolate
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 8 scoops of sugar
Preparation:
Prepare pudding from instructions from packaging, with milk and 5 scoops of sugar. Strawberries cut into tiny pieces and place them into bowl to cook them with 3 spoons of sugar to get softer. After that remove it from the burner and let it cool down for 10 minutes. From 200ml of sweet cream take 50ml into little bowl and heat it up and after that add chocolate and mix until it melts. Let it cool down for few minutes. Rest of the sweet cream mix with mixer.
Finale:
In glass add first layer of vanilla pudding, over that place strawberries then sweet cream that was mixed, then another layer of vanilla pudding and, at the top, add chocolate ganache. Let it cool down in fridge for few minutes.
Sit down on your favorite place, play some music and enjoy your dessert.
