Hello everyone 👧.
My family and I decided to have dinner outside. However, all of us have different opinions in deciding which type of food for our dinner. Thus, I suggested we went to Lido Food Court to have our dinner there.
Lido Food Court (which is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah) was nearby my house. We only need 5 to 10 minutes of car drive to reach the destination. At the food court and the restaurants surrounding the food court, various types of food were available there. The food consisted of Chinese food, Malay food, Western food, Indian food, and varieties of street food.
Lido Food Court used to be a tourist attraction for lots of tourists from China and Taiwan to visit. After the pandemic, only locals have their meals there. This is due to many food courts being built in the business or tourist areas of Kota Kinabalu. Other than that, Lido Food Court is situated in a housing area that is not suitable for foreign tourists to visit.

After we set foot in Lido Food Court, 5 of us (including 
Restaurant in the food court that serves noodle soup meals.
Economic meals with rice or fried noodle from Chinese and Malay hawker stalls. Not economic meals if you select lots of dishes.

We don't need to go to Penang by flight for food. We can eat Penang food in this food court too.

The Food We Ordered
Lido Food Court is usually full of people after 7 pm dinner time on weekends. Many seats are still available as we reach the food court before that time.
The pictures shown below are the food we ordered for our dinner to enjoyed together.
Chee Cheong Fun, Steamed rice noodle roll with prawn, egg, char siew, sweet sauce, and sprinkler with fried red onion and sesame.
Sang Nyuk Mian, pork rice noodle soup.
Fried vegetable popiah (spring roll) with peanut sauce and cucumber slices.
Filipino pork sausage.

When I took pictures around the food court, I accidentally took a funny picture. An uncle looking at our table full of food. I think the uncle was quite shocked that we ordered lots of food for dinner.
We don't like to waste food. So, 5 of us worked together, to finish the food on our table.
Before back home, my other family members went inside a supermarket which just beside the food court to buy things.
