Agreed, but I don't know how old you are, so that we understand each other. My generation was taught not to express feelings, or to be precise we didn't have the right to be angry.

That causes a lot of passive aggressive behavior, which is unhealthy.
I'm trying to encourage my boy to be more assertive.
And I hope I will learn something from him in the meantime :)
