So much in common compassion and empathy,
Those who possess such are blessed it would seem to me,
These gifts a the rarest in the world of ours today,
A place where we find the poor and homeless and in life have lost their way.
Thy kin with empathy and compassion in their words never put others down,
Never ever are they found in the midst of the judgemental in the town,
They feel for the suffering more than themselves. More of them we need,
Because of their kindness and generosity in spirit, they always succeed.
Souls with empathy and compassion are always helping people dying of poverty,
They are known by the homeless and the destitute, dont forget, the refugees,
If more were like them, would there be crime?
War that leads to death and devastation will be of another time.
But alas, no many are like them, which is sad to say
Having said this, for those that have such attributes, please leta hear a loud hooray.
