The 8th of March is a holiday of all women all over the world because it's an International Women's Day.
I don't know whether it's popular in your place now - please tell me about it in comments please! - but here in my country it's still very popular.
Almost all people forgot about the real essence and history of this day - it's a holiday of all women who fight for equal rights with men.
In my country we had no problems with it even during USSR times. And now women have the same rights with men, so this day is just a Women's Day - a day when women get more love, attention and gifts;)
And a day of super crazy prices for flowers;)))
Personally I don't like this holiday much, but still it's a tradition so I make some surprises for my Mom, my son's sport trainer and some women I love.
I wish all Hivian women to be loved and cared not only this day, but always be full of joy and good mood! I wish you a great spring and warm smiles!

and the main is my son's gift - a drawing where he painted our family going to a nice island to have rest
he likes new places and travelling - it's time to go somewhere:)
