Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Kuznetsova said that women should give birth to their first children at the age of 19-20.
“Our first children should be born when the mother is about 20 years old, then the family, according to statistics, will be able to have 3, 4 or more children", - said Anna Kuznetsova.
Sounds fine, BUT... it's a real danger for future parents and kids!
The thing is that giving birth at the age of 19 give all reasons to CPS show increased attention to families and place them in the category families in “socially dangerous situation.” There is no need to talk about sustainable incomes for such young families. About life experience too. And it's again give CPS reasons to interfere into these families life!
Because of the pension reform grandparents are forced to work but not to help kids with their grandchildren. Parents are at work all the time, kids are without necessary care and attention, welcome to CPS so called “difficult life situation.” And this means that children born in young families risk becoming prey for CPS - social orphans with alive parents...
