CPS and marks at school....What common can be here? In 2024 they will be connected.
2024 is proclaimed to be a year of Family, and thus we wait for many changes in laws and actually new bills and laws touching family life and kids.
It's a screen from parental school chat where parents can talk with a teacher. Since 2020 parents can't even enter schools!! They don't see what happens inside, they don't see teachers, they can just use these chats.

Marks of a kid should be good or rather good, otherwise school will "active actions" against a family and parents.
Which ones?
At first, a kid will study using type 7 studying plan (an easy variant as they say). If he still has bad marks, he is transferred to type 8 (mental retardation, mental retardation, etc.).
That's it, his life trajectory is defined and extremely limited. He has no way up. It works like a bad sign for all his future life.
But what if things are different??
Maybe a child’s bad marks is not due to his mental retardation, but because of incorrect teaching, because of the unprofessionalism of a teacher, because of age-related difficulties etc?? No reply.
Those kids who have low marks but are not defined as oligophrenic end up on another anvil.
Their data is transferred to the Commission on Minors' Affairs!
It is a rudimentary organ of the prevention system. During the year it issues more than 500,000 decisions on administrative offenses under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - improper performance of parental responsibilities.
But their opinion about what is right and wrong are very unclear and very subjective. Moreover, they all have its price...
In this system bad marks of a kid will be taken as irresponsibility of parents, no other variants.
And penalty is just a light variant. Taking kids away can be cruel reality as well.
I do hope kids will react on such messages. I saw it in public community devoted to Family protection, so mass-media is already involved into this case.
