Today I am writing a little late, but I still want to participate in this with you too.
I continued to sew my home dress. Last time I finished the first stage of sewing on this one: the neckline and armhole were narrow.
I cut it out a little more and decided at first not to sew on a sewing machine, but to sew with my hands and see how it would be.
I did half the neckline and one sleeve cutout and tried on the dress.
Everything was fine now: both the neckline and the armhole. I did the same for the second part of the dress. Now the next step is to sew on a sewing machine.
Do you see this glass? Chocolate yogurt in it. I knew what was ahead of me and decided to immediately prepare anti-stress! 😂
It was wise because my sewing machine became mischievous: it made me a whole fringe of threads on the seamy side 😟
How good that I had anti-stress !!! 😁 Then I started sewing and ...
You know that I learned to sew straight seams by practicing on sheets. But the neckline and armhole were not even: it was necessary to sew turns and deflections. In some places I had to sew at least three times to get to the right place 😥

Thanks to this, I was able to remove unnecessary seams.
Yes, it looks terrible! 😶 I have to practice sewing turns and the like. I know! Therefore, I came up with the idea of sewing a home dress from an old sheet. We don't use it anymore, but the fabric is very nice, soft and natural. This will be my next project. And this is what I did now.
Honestly, I really like it! I can't even believe that I did it myself !!!!! Wow!!! 😄
My husband loved it too! It's so great that I decided to try it and didn't throw out the bottom of the dress with such wonderful, cheerful, bright fish!
