Going up to mountains is always rewarding. Not only the visual grandeur, but the self-reflection aspect as well. Who am I as an individual in relation to the whole? What points, patterns do I see by looking at from a distance, a bit more objectively?
Self-perfection is not about obsession with the details according to mental images, but to be able to emerge beyond them with Self-honesty to see what's relevant, what's priority, what has to be stopped/supported/changed in relation to what's best for all participants, including self here.
