Tried out drawing kids and angled drawing as well. Hhahaha experimented so much that i might have degraded the drawing by a bit.
I shall get gud one day!

Ha, if your wondering about the colored outlines. I finish my drawings 1st before making a post about it. And then just show it layer by layer to reveal my progression.
Granted i might change some stuff here and there to make the drawing look better.
I decided to draw this character because it kinda reminded me of Dark Magician from Yugioh.
Really liked the simple blue and purple color scheme so i decided to go with that as well.
Picked out the cavern setting to give a sense of mystery, since this drawing was started all the way back in march but because of busy busy meeee. I finally finished it after a while.
Underwater, yeahhh since she is from a river. I made it look like this place is submerged but because the angle i took. The cave seems to be above ground near the beach. Either way it looks cool. YOOOOOOO!
The base colors consist of just simple colors, since its underwater i tried a more pale look. Even though looking at ocean pictures. The sea is a vibrant and colorful place. Welp too late.
Added the 1st layer of shadows, these go everywhere and mostly act as a filler. Since the light will be coming from behind, i tried i doing backlighting. Kewk it looks bad.
Using the Wax brush, i added a more bushy and foggy look. Since we are underwater i guess it looks fine. Looking back, i didn't had to do so much fine strokes. A lot of them got lost during the air brush barrage.
Added the 2nd layer of shadows, this was the point where the background looked more like a lake or river than an actual underwater cave. GRRRRRRRRRR i think muh wave pattern was reversed so it looks like a coast. Welp whatever.
Added the 1st layer of lighting. Just simple lighter flat colors to act as a base for the 2nd light layer and the effects layer. This is going to be used as a pin to plaster my stuff all over.
This is the 2nd layer of Lighting, for this illustration i just used simple air brushes, smudges and blurs. The layer itself has a very low opacity but when added to the 1st layer of Lighting it gives a ambient glow look. Of which looks noice.
The final layer known as the effects layer, this is where i added the light rays, sparkles, and gradients. Although compared to other arts i have made. The gradients basically don't exist.
After finishing up the drawing, i was surprised by how much my skills had improved compared to a couple months ago. HUHUUHUH
Especially the background, the water is sooooo gud. HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I really like the part where i input some chibi character like myself or other hivers. Such as JIJI, kinda feels like im making a meme post with lore.
Hhaahhaha i want to make more of this type of art. But it takes too much time. If i do get mentioned. Then maybe i will continue.
Im currently in a voice call as of this moment with IRL friends. We usually do voice calls and i would be drawing in the background muted. But would unmute when something happens or im done drawing then posting. Which i will be soon!
We usually goof around and do Table top RPG Voice calls. We would have so much fun, especially since 5 out of 5 are complete psycho's including myself.
So whatever we do would always left to bloodshed and war.
No way around it.
Tomorrow we going to play from 1pm - whatever. Sine we all free. HOHOHOHOH
Going to record it using OBS studio and possible use it for material in Animations.

Aight thanks for wathing, im currently working on some logos for a certain someone. Hopefull we will like it tomorrow when i present it to him.
Might earn enough to take a 1 month vacation. I feel so tired, i could only draw for 6-10hrs a day unlike before.
Although i have gotten more and sleep lately. Its just to compensate for the stress i have built up. I need a real vacation soon. Of just doing nothing but playing games all day long.
