I think each of us at some point will realize that the growth we're made to be aware of is quite superficial past a certain extent. For me, the wiring began through reading unconventional books and pondering on the contents written in them. Somehow, I became aware of how simple life actually is when we take a moment to gaze at moon, watch a sunset, walk barefoot on the ground and notice the fresh breeze filling up our lungs, etc.
