Tenía este photo studio guardado en el baúl y hoy lo desempolvé! Es una de las primeras ilustraciones digitales que hice, utilicé la misma técnica de colores planos y pinceles de textura que he venido poniendo en práctica desde que comencé a trabajar en Ibis Paint X.
I had this photo studio in my trunk and today I dusted it off! It is one of the first digital illustrations I did, I used the same technique of flat colors and texture brushes that I have been practicing since I started working in Ibis Paint X.

Este fue el primer boceto que hice a lápiz para plantear la idea general.
This was the first sketch I did in pencil to outline the general idea.
Mi método de ilustración digital es bastante simple. Inserto la imagen del boceto en Ibis Paint X, elijo un pincel de textura, y comienzo a delinear todo el contorno del dibujo.
My digital illustration method is quite simple. I insert the sketch image into Ibis Paint X, choose a texture brush, and begin to outline the entire outline of the drawing.
Después de terminar el lineart, agrego los colores base en toda la ilustración. Una vez decidida la paleta de color, creo una capa en modo de fusión multiplicar y comienzo a agregar profundidad con sombras.
After finishing the lineart, I add the base colors throughout the illustration. Once the color palette is decided, I create a layer in blending mode multiply and start adding depth with shadows.
Por mi parte, sólo agrego los detalles necesarios para darle forma a la ilustración y que sea agradable a la vista. Hay artistas más versados que utilizan una cantidad infinita de detalles y es precioso, pero para mi como princiante, prefiero aumentar los detalles poco a poco para no arruinar mi propio progreso o terminar odiando mi trabajo (LOL).
For my part, I only add the necessary details to shape the illustration and make it pleasing to the eye. There are more experienced artists who use an infinite amount of detail and it's beautiful, but for me as a beginner, I prefer to increase the detail little by little so as not to ruin my own progress or end up hating my work (LOL).
