Beta is the new black, Buying vintage cards for the collection

Greetings, legendary #Splinterlands community. In today's post, we'll be talking about some cards I acquired on the market. When it comes to increasing deck power, there's no rest, and between Warriors and Workers, we have a long way to go. Let's see what we acquired this time.

Saludos, legendaria comunidad de #Splinterlands. Para la publicación de hoy hablaremos de unas cartas que adquirí en el mercado. Cuando se trata de aumentar el poder del mazo, no hay descanso, y entre guerreros y trabajadores tenemos un largo camino que recorrer, veamos que fue lo que adquirimos en esta ocasión.

The first card in this purchase is Silver Shield Warrior. This common card is level 1 and belongs to the Life Splinter set, and it has a low mana cost. Like the previous purchase, we're buying cards from the Beta set; I managed to get a couple of copies of this one to add to my collection.

La primera carta que tenemos en esta compra es Silver Shield Warrior, esta carta común está en nivel 1 y pertenece al Splinter de Vida, y tiene un costo de maná bajo. Al igual que la compra anterior, estamos comprando cartas de la edición de Beta; de esta logré conseguir un par de copias para sumar a la colección.

The second card in this purchase is Spineback Wolf, which belongs to the Death Splinter set. I also managed to acquire a few copies of this common card; I always liked it back in the early days. It's quite fast and has a support ability from the second slot, and its artwork is very good as well.

La segunda carta que tenemos en esta compra es Spineback Wolf, que pertenece al Splinter de Muerte. De esta carta común también logré adquirir unas cuantas copias; siempre me gustó cuando estaba en la época inicial. Es bastante rápida y tiene una habilidad para apoyar desde el segundo puesto, muy buena en su arte también.

The next card belongs to the Fire Splinter set; it's a Level 1 common card called Goblin Shaman. This card has a low mana cost; again, another old card from the Beta set that has an ability to weaken enemies; a few copies of it were obtained, which are a welcome addition to the collection.

La siguiente carta pertenece al Splinter de Fuego; es una carta común de nivel 1 que se llama Goblin Shaman. Esta carta tiene un bajo costo de maná; de nuevo, otra carta antigua de la edición de Beta que cuenta con una habilidad de debilitar a los enemigos; unas cuantas copias de ella fueron obtenidas, que no vienen para nada mal a la colección.

Here we have another common Earth Splinter card; this card is iconic. Few bounty cards have become as widely used as Wood Nymph, and although I have it at a fairly advanced level, I still have a way to go to reach its full potential, which is why I bought what I consider to be a good number of them.

Aquí tenemos otra carta común y de Splinter de Tierra; esta carta es icónica. Pocas cartas de recompensas han llegado a ser tan usadas como Wood Nymph, y aunque la tengo en un nivel bastante avanzado, aún me falta para tenerla en el máximo potencial que tiene, por eso me compré lo que yo considero que es una buena cantidad de ellas.

Fire Splinter is in high demand this time around, as we also have a couple of Kobold Miners, a card with a huge advantage: its low mana cost and its ability to attack the enemy in the last position. I have fond memories of low-mana battles where it was the decisive choice, so adding a couple of them to the collection is a welcome addition.

Al Splinter de Fuego lo tenemos un poco solicitado esta vez, ya que también tenemos un par de Kobold Miner, una carta con una gran ventaja que es su bajo costo de maná y su habilidad de atacar al enemigo en la última posición. Tengo buenos recuerdos de batallas con poco maná donde fue la elección decisiva, así que, un par de ellos a la colección caen muy bien.

And finally, we have the Rusty Android, a powerful anti-magic tank capable of returning attacks from where they came. He's from the Neutral Splinter faction, so his potential for adapting to special rules or limitations is quite broad. There's still a long way to go in this collection mission, but little by little, we're filling the ranks with more and more units.

Y por último tenemos al Rusty Android, un poderoso tanque antimágico que es capaz de regresar los ataques por donde vinieron. Es del Splinter Neutral, así que sus posibilidades son bastante amplias al momento de adaptarse a alguna regla o limitación especial. Aún falta mucho camino por recorrer en esta misión de colección, pero poco a poco vamos llenando las filas con más y más unidades.
