My name is Taiwo Temitayo Micheal and my username is taiwo-micheal@taiwo-micheal. I'm from Okeho, a town in Oyo State, Nigeria. I have lived on earth for about 3 decades. Thanks to God for life. I was bred in the aforementioned town and I obtained my primary and secondary education there. I attended L.A primary school Alaapa Okeho, for my primary education and Awoyemi Commercial High School, Okeho for my secondary education.

Before in move on, let me tell you that I was born and raised in the the family of six. I have 4 brothers and a sister. Interestingly, I am the first born Twin and number 4 in the family. In my tribe (Yoruba tribe), Taiwo is the name given to first born Twin and Kehinde is the second born Twin; this has nothing to do with gender – meaning, Taiwo could be male or female and the same for Kehinde. Well, fortunately for us, we are of the same sex, males. Let me show you a picture of my brother and I.

I studied science in high school because of my interest in mathematics, physiscs and Chemistry. Then, after my high school I proceeded to college where I obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) in Agricultural Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso. Immediately after my first degree, I was inducted as a graduate engineer in to the body called Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). I'm also a member of Symbol of Hope Foundation, a non profit organization whose aims is to cater for the welfare of the Orphans.

Then after my high school, I did my National Youth Service corps (NYSC), a one year mandatory service for all graduates of higher institution in Nigeria, in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State Nigeria. I was in platoon 3. As someone who is very interested in leadership, I looked for a way to serve in my platoon. I contested for the plantoon treasurer and I won the election. I actively participated in every program, and managed the funds of my platoon. This picture below is taken when I was in NYSC Camp.

After the camping exercise which lasted for 3weeks, I was deployed to a school to teach. Initially, I was told to teach biology, but because of my strength, I requested for mathematics and physics. I taught the students of senior secondary school Mathematics and Physics. I was able to motivate them using my leadership and communication skills and at the end of each term, there was drastic improvement.

Shortly After my NYSC, there was covid 19 outbreak and I had to move to my hometown, Okeho and stay there. During this time, I was adding value to myself and learning some courses online. I also planted cucumber during this time.

Currently, I'm residing in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State Nigeria. I have plan to further my second degree as soon as possible. I'm working towards that already. I'm very interested in learning more and I hope I will also learn here. I'm energetic and rarely give up; although I may be tired but I have learned to be very persistent and consistent. I am a leader and student of Discipleship. I love reading, writing and explore new things. I like to know as many things as possible. Currently, I'm reading "sometimes you win and sometimes you learn" by John C. Maxwell and "Spirit Controlled Temperament" by Tim LaHaye
