語言，就是思想。台灣目前語言，由福佬，客家，原住民，台灣支那話為主。但中華民國管理當局1947年228大屠殺佔領台灣後，就開始消滅除了支那以外的其他母語，並且在學校與管理當局各機關獨裁使用支那話為基礎的書寫漢字及口說語言。 目前年輕人與中年人，許多已經喪失使用母語的習慣溝通，導致台灣的文化，盡失本土多元文化的意識與思想。反而以為使用從中國逃亡來台殖民統治的支那話，才是正統。也導致上一代與下一代的語言隔閡與思想切割。

台灣的司法改革應該要制度上完全革命性翻新，最高機構應該就是最高法院大法官
台灣獨立後的司法，是三權分立的司法。 廢除現有司法院，因為現行的司法院可以自行提案讓立法院為司法院立法，這樣只是圖利司法人員如法官及檢察官。並且現行的司法院不屬於人民，反而成為國家機器的打手，遭威權舊體制執政黨控制。 廢除司法院後，台灣共和國的最高司法機構就是最高法院，最高法院大法官，直接由新任的總理（內閣制，任命之）
