Reading is a vital activity the effective development of the human being, in this process the reader uses a series of mechanisms that allow him to understand a large amount of information, one of these is the underlined, abstraction technique that allows to highlight within the text prayers, so that when performing a new reading the essence of the information provided can be understood.
Martínez (2009) comments that:
Underlining is very personal, but you should be clear that what you underline will understand when you look through the text in a review you see that it has meaning for itself. In addition, you must establish an important relationship between what you underline, because if you use two or more colors, or some things double underlining and others with a simple line, you must be certain that some command over others. (p.10)
Underlining is one of the techniques that most closely accompanies educational practice, perhaps one of the first to be taught to students. The use of this allows to extract the most outstanding statements that favor the selection of the information to be learned.
