Noni or keumudee is a plant that is rich in health benefits for the human body, this has been proven since hundreds of years ago. A rather oval shaped fruit with the size of a small child's fist is increasingly famous in this era. However, the taste found in this fruit is not as delicious as other fruits, and the aroma also feels very unattractive like the smell of cat feces. However, if you are clever to process it, the previous aroma and taste will change and you will be interested to try it.

Although the taste is bitter and the aroma is rotten, but in this fruit contained extraordinary benefits that can cure various diseases, quoted from various references that noni or kumudee contains ingredients that can cure disease and accelerate the recovery of your body's cells such as,

The first way to make juice, of course, must be mixed with other fruits such as apples and oranges, it all depends on you in disguise the aroma and taste bitter. You can also add sugar as a sweet taste, but if you have mixed it with sugar, the efficacy of this fruit is reduced.

The bitter taste contained in it will be disguised by the sweet taste of sugar, while the rotten aroma contained will also be disguised by the aroma of apples and oranges. In general, the Acehnese place lemon juice as a barrier to the foul odor of this kumudee plant. So that the kumudee juice that has been processed into the aroma of apples and lime scents, so that in the end everyone can certainly consume it.

If you don't like the things mentioned above then you can also mix it with other fruit that suits your taste, but the lime fruit is one fruit that is able to disappear a very thick aroma attached to a particular fruit.

In addition to making it as a juice you can also change it as additional food such as in making Rujak mixed with various fruits such as kedongdong fruit, mango fruit, yam fruit, and other fruits that are often used as salad. When this kemudee fruit is mixed with other fruits as mentioned above, automatically the taste and aroma will also change and the aroma of other fruits will be smelled, so will the taste also be different and certainly very tasty and delicious.

In addition, you can also consume it manually, such as eating it with salad seasonings that contain sour, sweet, salty taste, the taste can also eliminate the bitter taste found in it. Before you eat it, you must first exfoliate the outer skin like peel off mango skin, and also remove the black lumps embedded in the flesh of this kumudee fruit.
