This morning I went Jogging around my compound where by I woke up late only to put my sweat pants on and snickers then sped off to the calm sun and started my daily routine. However this time I had to post my activity. Jogging around my compound as my dog was watching from afar. This Is so far the most incredible workout I've had in a life time. Laters.
