Good day friends and family from hive. It's so good to be speaking and sharing my thoughts with you guys. I actually researched about something interesting today and I want to share it with you.
How it inspired
All of a sudden today, I started craving mangoes.but remembering that this is not mango season really made me sad.So, I actually started asking myself why I love the mango and what health benefits I'm getting from it.Although I remembered some health benefits I'm getting from it, but I wanted to know more. So, I decided to do some research about mangoes and its health benefits.

I found out that mangos are rich in vitamin C, which helps white blood cells fight infection. They also contain vitamin A, which strengthens the skin and mucous membrane.I learned that mangoes have antioxidants like beta-carotene that reduce inflammation and protect immune system. They also provide fibers which support good health and a healthy gut is linked to a strong immune system. They also have natural sugars that provide energy to the immune system and contains protein.

During my research, I found that mangoes keep your skin healthy in many ways. They are rich in vitamin C, which helps your body produce collagen. The vitamin A in mango prevents dryness and dullness, the antioxidants in mango protect your skin from sun damage and aging.

When you mix mangoes with honey, it adds extra moisture and antibacterial properties, great for acid-prone skin. Yogurt or milk can also enhance exfoliation and brightening the skin. Have you ever thought about trying one? and since they contain a lot of water, they help keep your skin moisturized. This can be called a mango face mask.
I was really happy that I researched about mangoes so I decided to share it with you.

After the research, I came to a conclusion to patiently wait for mango season to arrive so that I can use spendhbd and enjoy it to the fullest.
